Group Visits
Nottingham Industrial Museum is happy to offer group visits. However, as we are entirely volunteer run so we prefer these to take place on Thursdays or weekends when we are open. Should a different day be preferred we will need at least 2 weeks’ notice to ensure that we can staff the museum adequately. Either way please contact us through our website.
The Nottingham Industrial Museum offers a fascinating journey through the city’s rich industrial heritage, perfect for school visits!
If you’re planning a visit for your students, we encourage you to come in advance to see how to make the most of the visit. We also find that the students benefit most from the visit when a work activity is provided; for example KS3 topics could include topics from Energy and transport. There is no charge for a school visit on a day we are open.
Please be aware that there is a charge for coach parking at Wollaton Hall – link.
We would encourage you to visit Wollaton Hall and the stunning Deer Park to make it a day out!
